The Colorado Keyser Family

Kent and I flew into Utah the first of July and Jordyn joined us from Colorado on the third. We have had a great time visiting all our family. So far we have been staying with Natalie and her family in the Salt Lake area. On the 4th of July we had a picnic at Grandmother and Grandad Rowlands.

We spent July 5th with the Keysers. The day started off really early with a best ball golf tournament in Midway. Dad and I were teamed with Craig and Nancy. We came in second. We drove back to Salt Lake to pick up dinner and the rest of the family and then back up the canyon to Craig and Nancy s in Heber. The weather was grreat, the food was great and the company even better. Craig got one of his planes out and gave us an air show and then we went to the church for a game of baseball. Chad has pictures i hope he posts soon.

Sunday we had dinner with Natalie and then we took a Sunday drive up the Big Cottonwood canyon. All the people wearing crocs were involved in a cold feet contest where we all stand in the cold stream water as long as we can. Doug won but don't tell jordyn, she thinks they tied.

We drove to Brighten ski resort where Kent and i both learned to ski.

On the way home we saw a moose that loved to pose for pictures. We are still here for another week and will have more to post.
